Air Canada Increases Service to Israel

Victoria, Canada – Air Canada announced today that they would be increasing service to Israel, with the introduction of a seasonal non-stop service between Montreal and Tel Aviv and an increase in its current Toronto-Tel Aviv non-stop service. The Toronto-Tel Aviv service will be increased to a daily frequency year-round, with the services beginning this at some point this summer. No exact date has been set.

"Air Canada is the leader in the Canada-Israel market, which we have now served for 22 years. Today we are pleased to step up our capacity in response to the increased demand in business, leisure and cultural travel between both countries. As of June 2017, Air Canada will be launching a new seasonal non-stop service between Montreal and Tel Aviv, strengthening our hub in Montreal, which will also offer convenient connections throughout Canada and the United States," said Calin Rovinescu, President and Chief Executive Officer of Air Canada.
