Photographer:
Positions Available: 41
Position Description:
Capture high-quality aviation photographs and high-quality photographs of aviation events
and attend aviation events (i.e. Press Conferences, Exclusive Employee and Media Events, Ceremonies, etc.).
Requirements:
Must have access to a camera with the ability to capture high-quality photographs.
Journalist:
Positions Available: 41
Position Description:
Write publishable aviation-related articles and attend aviation events ((i.e. Press
Conferences, Exclusive Employee and Media Events, Ceremonies, etc.).
Requirements:
Must have access to a computer with ability to write documents on Microsoft Word, Google
Docs or like programs.
Photo Editor:
Positions Available: 19
Position Description:
Edit high-quality photographs captured by our Photographers.
Requirements:
Must have access to a computer with ability to edit photographs on Adobe Photoshop,
Adobe Bridge, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop Express or like programs.
Article Editor:
Positions Available: 9
Position Description:
Edit articles written by our Journalists so that they are ready to be published to the website,
magazine and other locations.
Requirements:
Must have access to a computer with ability to edit documents on Microsoft Word, Google
Docs or like programs.
Personnel Scheduler:
Positions Available: 2
Position Description:
Schedule our staff to certain tasks and events each week. You will work closely with our
News Finders to coordinate our Photographers, Journalists, and other staff members. You will also work closely with airlines, airports and other organizations to coordinate meetings, interviews, tours and schedule our staff to attend certain events. This position works in shifts with other Personnel Schedulers around the globe so that there is always at least one Personnel Scheduler on duty at all times.

Must have access to a computer with ability to access Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or like
programs.
News Finder:
Positions Available: 14
Position Description:
Search and identify sources of aviation news and relay that information to our Journalists and
Personnel Schedulers. You will work closely with our Journalists and Personnel Schedulers. This position works in shifts with other News Finders around the globe so that there is always at least one News Finder on duty at all times.
Requirements:
Must have access to a computer with ability to access Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or like
programs.
Social Media Manager:
Positions Available: 4
Position Description:
Manage and post on our social media accounts. You will also transfer our customers with
extensive customer service needs to a Customer Service Agent. This position works in shifts with other Social Media Managers around the globe so that there is always at least one Social Media Manager on duty at all times.
Requirements:
Must have access to technology with the ability to access and post to Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, Flickr and like applications.
Website Editor:
Positions Available: 4
Position Description:
Edit, maintain and post to our public website as well as our corporate website.
Requirements:
Must have access to a computer with the ability to access Wix and other like programs.
Product Designer:
Positions Available: 12
Position Description:
Develop new, innovative and interesting products to sell in the ANW Shop and at events.
You will work closely with our licensed and contracted brand managers from outside organizations.
Magazine Editor:
Positions Available: 9
Position Description:
Edit, maintain and design our Aviation Northwest Magazine. Develop new ideas and
columns to include in the magazine. Develop both advertisements for promoting the magazine as well as outsourced advertisements. You will also handle selling the magazine.
Video Editor:
Positions Available: 4
Position Description:
Edit videos record by our staff in professional programs such as Adobe Premiere and other
similar programs. Develop videos for promoting Aviation Northwest and for our website, social media and other locations.
Requirements:
Must have access to a computer with the ability to access Adobe Premiere and like
programs.
Cinematographer / Film Team Member:
Positions Available: 13
Position Description:
Record videos and develop documentaries/short films to display. You may be on location at
airports, airline headquarters, and other locations. Access to a professional grade video camera is required. You may group with other Film Team Members from Aviation Northwest or outside sources to develop films.
Requirements:
Must have access to at least one of the following: A: (Access to camera with the ability to
capture high-quality video.) or B: (Access to a computer with the ability to access Adobe Premiere and like programs.)
Newscast Team Member:
Positions Available: 20
Position Description:
Record a daily or weekly newscast with other Newscast Team Members. You may also be in
contact with our News Finders.
Requirements:
Must have access to at least one of the following: A: (Access to camera with the ability to
capture high-quality video.) or B: (Access to a computer with the ability to access Adobe Premiere and like programs.)
Customer Service Representative:
Positions Available: 18
Position Description:
Resolve and respond to customer comments, questions or complaints via phone or email.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Assist with potential refunds or exchanges with ANW Shop products or the ANW Magazine. This position works in shifts with other Customer Service Representatives around the globe so that there is always at least one Customer Service Representative on duty at all times.
Requirements:
Must have access to a telephone and computer.
Online Store Representative:
Positions Available: 10
Position Description:
Handle payments, orders and postings of products to our online store at ANW Shop. You will
ensure shipping is handled correctly and assist in placing orders over email and phone. This position has set hours and works in shifts, but there does not need to be an Online Store Representative on duty at all times. You will work closely with our Restock / Ordering Managers.
Restock / Ordering Manager:
Positions Available: 5
Position Description:
Approve and order/restock products into our online store at ANW Shop. You will work closely
with our Online Store Representatives.
Public Relations Team Member:
Positions Available: 3
Position Description:
Respond to public inquiries from other professional organizations. This position is closely
related to a Customer Service Representative, but handles emails and calls from professional organizations not affiliated with Aviation Northwest.
Event Scheduler / Event Assistant / Event Manager:
Positions Available: 5
Position Description:
Develop interesting events to host. You will plan, schedule and assist (if applicable to your
local area) with the event.
Special Projects Team Member:
Positions Available: 15
Position Description:
Develop other ideas to include with the Aviation Northwest product.
